You CAN judge a book by its cover!

Talking about cats, I have always been fascinated by the way my feline friends can smell a rat a mile away. And never you mind, I am talking about the two legged kind. I think it has something to do with their enhanced sensory ability that can "feel" the creepy of a character.

In much the same way I always secretly believed that I could too.

To my mystical dismay I just discovered research that say I do, that you can too, and from a photograph no less! According to an article in World Science there are several accurate deductions we can make, just by looking at a photo of somebody.

By judging things like self-esteem, extraversion and religiosity we are able to make conclusions that tell us more about "agreeableness, emotional stability, openness, likability, and loneliness." And personally I have always found that from there it is just a hop, skip and a jump to guessing political affiliation, talent, passion and vocation.

But then I must confess the bond we share in spirit also help some time.

Don't you also find?

Kittens are as cute as buttons! Always up to something that cannot wait for anything, but never quite knowing what that is. Which is better than the hare that gave Alice such a scare, and much more amusing if you take some time to sit and watch.

Its true what they say, you know. That time is nothing but illusion, and only good when you are planning to do something. And nobody said anything about magic dust? Life is nothing more than the moment that you live. Everything else can change in the wink of an eye, and magic has nothing to do with it! They call it living consciously.

All you need to know is that there is magic in every moment, and once you get the hang of living it you'll find that what you do is much more exiting than what you plan. Even more so if you simply plan to have fun. Believe me, it's all the rage with those who do... Just watch a kitten and you will see what I mean.

Well go on then, no sense in standing round and looking all polite... Seize the moment!

Time waits for no one.
